There are two sets of gates, one with remote control for car access and one for a tractor as a farmer looks  after all the land. There are olive trees, fig trees, a black and a white, apricots, pomegranates, a lemon tree, an orange tree and three huge blackberries.
The garden areas are very well kept and the family has a gardener who would be happy to continue after the sale of the property if necessary, he also maintains the 10x5 pool.
There is a garage but they use it as a summer kitchen as there is plenty of parking space and naturally shaded areas, there are also two smaller outbuildings. There is a well although there is amins water and electricity.
As for the Villa, the build quality is very good and it even has cavity wall insulation. All the exterior is in perfect condition.
Because there are so many patio areas around the house, the owners opted to have a smaller covered terrace leading to the Villa.
Inside there is a long lounge/dining room with a wood burning fireplace which is an impressive feature, as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is beautifully equipped with high quality units and has rarely been used. There is a pantry off the kitchen and a door leading to a small enclosed patio and plenty of room to store cleaning supplies.
All four bedrooms are off the hall.
Sax is a thriving traditional Spanish town with a nice mix of nationalities. It has excellent amenities, a wide range of shops, more than 50 bars and restaurants, a theater, indoor and outdoor pools, parks, as well as a beautifully restored castle, which is illuminated at night. There are also train and bus connections to Alicante airport and the beaches in 30 minutes.
