Outside, we have a really good sized plot, but not too large that it becomes difficult to maintain. To one side of the Villa we have a entrance and driveway, next to a small Pine forest that provides a wonderful shaded area, and also provides shade for the Villa during the hottest of summer days. This area is also used as a parking area, and with the double sized garage, there is plenty of shaded parking for many cars. The garage also houses the batteries from the Solar system that is here, and there is a back up diesel generator in the small storage room next door. Electricity is from solar, and water is from a well that is located in a small storage room, which is on another small plot that comes with this Villa, the pump is located close to the Villa, and the water is pumped up from the well, and sent to the underground water deposit next to the Villa. There is also a small water deposit that can be used as a splash pool, the deposit is registered as a 21m2 Swimming Pool, so it will be possible to have a Pool installed below ground if required.

Almansa is a lovely Castle town with rich historic importance to the area. Set in the beautiful region of Castile-La Mancha and close to the Murcia and Valencian border, with stunning countryside surrounding the town. The Castle of Almansa is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved castles in Castile-La Mancha. The main Castle structure was built in the 14th century and then a full century later, the Marquis of Villena carried out important work that gives it the appearance it has today, with the crenelated walls and the impressive Keep, located right in the centre of the castle. In 1921 the castle was declared a historic-cultural monument with a national importance. There is a large Hospital, Schools, large Supermarkets, many Banks, Restaurants and Cafés and all amenities needed for daily life.

Almansa has the A-31 motorway close by and is only 75 minutes from the beautiful Beaches of Alicante and the Airport.
